A website for your vehicle rental business.
You rent out vehicles — but online, customers mostly find you through portals that take a cut of every booking. Your own site is the only channel where the booking belongs entirely to you.
What actually holds rental operators back online
Most operators are visible through comparison portals and pay commission on every booking. That's a sensible start, and it gets expensive once business is running: the customer who found you through the portal will find you through the portal again next time — and you pay again.
The phone rings for questions a website could answer: is the van free on Saturday, what does it cost over a weekend, do I need a deposit, which licence class. Every one of those costs you a call in the middle of the working day.
And anyone hiring from you for the first time is putting a twenty-thousand-euro object into someone else's hands — or receiving one. Without visible information on insurance, deposits and handover, an undecided prospect goes to whoever does state it.
What the site has to do
No more than this, but no less either. All of it is covered by the Start or Business package.
The fleet, with images and prices
Vehicle class, daily and weekend rate, what's included. If people can't see what you have, they don't enquire — and a price only mentioned on the phone reads as negotiable.
An enquiry instead of a call
A form with vehicle, dates and contact details. You get everything you need in one email instead of assembling it on the phone — and the customer can enquire at eleven at night.
The trust questions, answered visibly
Deposit, insurance cover, excess, licence class, handover and return. These are precisely the points where prospects drop out when they can't find them.
Findable locally
Optimised for searches like "van hire" plus your town, linked to your Google Business profile, with correct opening hours and address.
Why me specifically
Because I've been building and operating software for exactly your business since 2023. uRent is a B2B platform for commercial vehicle rental operators: 2,200+ customer vehicles under management, 400+ registered business users, an app published on the Apple App Store, payment handling with deposits and payouts, and GoBD-compliant accounting.
In practice that means nobody has to explain to me what an excess is, why a handover record needs photos, or why an idle vehicle is the most expensive number on your balance sheet. That saves us both the first half of the conversation.
Where this page stops
This is about your website — your shop window, under your brand and your domain. If you need dispatch, rental contracts, damage handling and accounting in one system on top of that, this is a different product: Fleet OS, which I also built. Neither replaces the other.
Your rental business online, from €99
Fixed price, fixed scope. First version within 72 hours once your vehicle images and prices are with me.
