Why €99?

Because at an agency a large part of the money never reaches your website — it goes into everything around it. Three reasons the price here can be this low, without anything being cut from your site.

  • The scope is settled beforehand

    Projects get expensive where nobody knows exactly what is to be built. Then come meetings, follow-up questions and revised quotes — and you pay for all of them. Here it is in writing beforehand what you get and what you don't. That saves more than any discount.

  • You talk to the person who builds it

    No project manager, no sales team, no office taking its cut. What you tell me arrives without a detour where your site is being built. At an agency you pay for that chain every time — even on a small site.

  • I don't start from scratch every time

    A contact form, a legal notice, the phone layout, being findable on Google: every site needs these, and mine are long since proven. I assemble them and adapt them to your business instead of reinventing them. The plain typing is done by the computer — every line still passes my eyes before it goes online.

What comes out is not a stripped-down version. It's the same technology I've run since 2023 for software that businesses use to rent out vehicles, issue invoices and collect payments. A three-page website is a small job by comparison — which is why it costs little. The price isn't a discount, it's simply the price.

How it runs

Six steps, no surprises in between. The important one is step three: the clock starts on payment, not on your enquiry.

  1. You pick a package and send the enquiry

    Reply within 24 hours on working days. No sales call, no callback you have to schedule first.

  2. You get the scope in writing, and the invoice

    What gets built and what doesn't, in one email. None of it differs from what this page says.

  3. You pay — and that starts the clock

    Up front for Start, half for Business and Commerce. I don't begin before that, and no clock runs before it either.

  4. You supply text, images and access

    Through one form that asks for everything at once — opening hours, services, logo, domain. Not an email chain spread over two weeks.

  5. You see the finished site at a preview address

    Not public yet. You say what should change; this is where the corrections included in your package apply.

  6. The site goes live on your domain

    Full payment transfers the rights of use to you. The domain is in your name anyway, never mine.

The 72 hours run from the moment payment and your material are both complete. What you don't send, I can't build — until then the clock stands still, and I come back with a specific list of what is missing. That isn't a clause, it is the only reason the deadline holds at all.

What you're wondering

When do I pay?

Up front for the Start package. €99 is not an amount anyone expects payment terms for, and you take no risk, because the scope is fixed in writing beforehand. For Business and Commerce you pay half on order and the second half before go-live. Invoice by email, payment by transfer or card.

When do the 72 hours start?

From the moment payment and your material are both complete — not from your enquiry. Pay on Tuesday morning and send text, images and opening hours with it, and the site is live on Friday. If something is missing the clock stands still and I come back with a specific list. Anything else would be a deadline that depends on your inbox rather than on my work.

How can a website cost €99? Something must be off.

Fair question. The price works for three reasons: the scope is tightly bounded, nobody sits between you and me taking a cut, and the parts every site needs are not rebuilt from scratch each time. I'm not selling a block of hours, I'm selling a defined outcome. If your project is bigger than three pages, the table above tells you honestly what that costs.

What is genuinely not included?

You supply copy and photos — you know your business better than I do. The domain is registered in your name and costs around €12 a year directly with the registrar. Everything else is written out in each package's "not included" column. Nothing appears for the first time on the invoice.

Who owns the website in the end?

You do. Fully, from the moment you pay, including source code and domain. You're not tied to a care plan and can move to another provider at any time without anything being held back.

What does it cost after the first year?

Hosting and SSL are included for year one. After that it's either €29 a month for the care plan with updates, backups and 30 minutes of changes — or you host it yourself and pay me nothing at all. Both are fine.

What if I don't like the result?

Start includes two rounds of revisions, Business three. If the first version is so far off that revisions can't save it, you get your money back and keep nothing you didn't want. It hasn't happened yet, but it belongs in writing.

Are 72 hours realistic?

Yes, for the Start package — counted from the moment your copy and images are with me in full. Revision rounds come after that. If you don't have the content yet, that's the point where the clock waits, not the build.

Do you take on genuinely large projects?

That's the main work. uRent is a SaaS platform with payment processing, multi-tenancy, GoBD-compliant accounting and an App Store app, built single-handed. For engagements with an architecture share I'm available three to five days a week — that's the section above.
